Is it true that a recipient policy is equivalent with a description of
forward licencing of recipient resources?
That's not a term I'm familiar with. If it means what I guess it means,
that might be a good way of looking at it. In the case of prior explicit
consent I suppose I'm offering a sender license to use my resources. I
guess this is precisely what a consent token does. Without explicit
consent, license is conditional, or reserved.
"license" smells of contract law - IANAL. I dare say a lawyer might have a
view on this.
