Well, I might as well start this before someone else does...
The new charter seems to define spam as "problematic email".
I'm not sure what this means. It seems to me that, given the vagueness of
the charter on this point, we'll need a definition before any progress can
be made. There's the "unwanted email messages" idea (see
http://www.irtf.org/asrg/ )
Is that good enough? ;-)
