Is "Resending" only for entities that "re-submit" a message into
the transit system? Would pass-thru forwarders be under
"Resending"?
Due to MARID and SID controversies, I'd recommend not using the word
resend. Actual RFC2822 appears to say that Resending is not automated
process forwarding, nor mail list action and implies changing of the
message-id, sender and recipient, but keeping exactly the same content.
Personally I've on occasion used similar word "remail" aplying it only
to mail list remailing. The general word for both forwarders and email
list (as long as message-id is not changed) I use is redirection.
