A review of some remaining issues has been posted as an ID and is

Although some points have already been decided, as it turns out there
was a bit more involved.
This draft attempts to flesh out a full set of details related to the
handling of a deprecated key version. There is also a review of the
DKIM TXT record and all the byte counts. The issues related to email-
address validation, and email-address recognition.
