Ways 1 and 2 should be fairly transparent from a policy standpoint,
but these methods likely represent an ongoing expense. Way 3 could
be done by most with minimal effort or interaction with the signing
domain. By decreasing the expense, Way 3 should also increase DKIM
adoption.
