In req-01 the definition for "DKIM signer complete" is:
"the state where the domain holder believes that all legitimate mail
purportedly from the domain was sent with a valid DKIM signature."
Shouldn't this be:
"the state where the domain holder believes that all legitimate mail
purportedly from the domain was sent with a valid First Party DKIM signature."?
