The intended purpose of TPA-Label Resource Records is to improve
acceptance rates of genuine messages and to lessen administrative costs
associated with email. False positive blocking of messages drive up
support costs. IP based reputation services offer little information
that improves assessments of ad-hoc third-party relationships, such as
those created by mailing lists.
