I was not commenting on whether an MLM "should" adopt ADSP, but that there is

way to mandate adoption.
Explain, encourage, cajole and implore all you want, but there is no MUST than
can be applied to adoption.
Any analysis of the use of a protocol MUST consider scenarios in which it has
not (yet) been adopted. That's especially true for multi-step scenarios with a
poor adoption track record. Such as MLMs...
