I haven't heard anything but support for adding that.

More Nit:
It should probably say either "will produce a response…that is unlikely",
or "can produce a response…that is not". The former states that the
problem will occur frequently, the latter says nothing about the frequency,
but readers may infer that the problem will be infrequent.
