ADMINISTRIVIA: Hopefully no more Windows viruses

Greetings again. I have just installed a procmail filter on this list 
that should prevent Windows viruses from getting to the mailing list. 
It won't prevent them all, so you need to continue to remember not to 
execute stuff that you receive from this (or any!) mailing list.
