section 3.2 says:
Note that one way to implement the necessary mechanism here is to
store a hash of either the current handle and the recipient or, if no
handle is provided, a hash of the generated message content and the
recipient.
I agree that's the most sensible algorithm, but it contradicts:
Vacation responses are not just per address, but are per address per
set of vacation command arguments.
The arguments :addresses and :days do not influence the message
content. For that reason, I suggest:
Vacation responses are not just per address, but are per address per
generated message.
