SPF macros do indeed provide the functionality I'm looking for. I'm
just trying to justify why I think this functionality should be
considered for inclusion in MARID.
In a nutshell, my argument is that the policy-making units in an
organization may not be reflected in the domain structure of the
organization. I believe it is important that MARID is expressive
enough to describe the case where disparate policies exist within a
domain.
