MARID Specification Proposals and IETF IPR Notices
2004-05-10 13:10:23
We, the co-chairs, ask authors of specification proposals to be
considered by the MARID Working Group to review IPR notices on their
submitted Internet Drafts. In keeping with IETF policies on IPR,
proposals having IPR statements more friendly to the IETF will be given
favorable consideration by the group.
Specifications explicitly denying the right of the IETF to publish a
standards track RFC or otherwise conduct the work of an IETF working
group to develop a consensus based specification can not be considered.
We ask that all Internet Drafts needing modification be resubmitted no
later than May 17, 2004.
