What are you talking about? SPF records start off with a unique string.

The problem is DNS payloads, not your perl script. You ask for TXT and
you're gonna get all TXT records, including the ones that don't have
anything to do with spam.

Especially in a world in which most of the HTML flying over the 'net is 
still uncompressed.

HTTP doesn't stop working when data is uncompressed. DNS does.
