The same problem seems to be happening on DNSEXT and possibly ASRG.

Some messages delivered earlier today were remailed to the 
list.  It looks 
like they were delivered to a user who delivered them back to 
the list.

Hopefully it is fixed, but if the problem persists, please 
find the user 
and remove him until he can fix his problem...
