I had our firewall guys set up a "transparent proxy" on port 11371 and
when I tried to use it, pgpkeys.exe (the freeware download) said
"receiving data", then after a long pause, died with an attempt to
dereference a null pointer. I'm still analyzing the situation, but if
it could be made to work with the regular http proxy, that would be much
better.
