RE: New Draft... going forward

Because this is an Open protocol I think that the
"Version" should be split into two parts
one part which is which protocol version and
the other part who's program wrote it and its version
currently there is PGP versions and Cryptix Versions

either version a form like x.y.z <written by>

i.e.
Version: 0.0.1 <Cryptix 2.3.0>

or two tags
Version: Cryptix 2.3.0
MessageVersion: 0.0.1
