I certainly hope not. If you did, then the RFC 2440 mechanism of using
a domain name as a namespace designator is fundamentally flawed and has
to be redone. It would also mean that the Java namespace thing
(essentially com.pgp.preferred-email-encoding) is also fraught with
peril.
We're not going to require a trademark license for it. It would be
improper for us to.
