NSN was Nortel Secure Networks, which spun off of Nortel and became
Entrust.

Paul,
You might want to expand the CAST3 and CAST5 definitions using
RFC 2144 as a reference:
cast3CBC OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::=
{iso(1) member-body(2) us(840) nt(113533) nsn(7) algorithms(66) 3}
cast5CBC OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::=
{iso(1) member-body(2) us(840) nt(113533) nsn(7) algorithms(66) 10}
nt stands for Northern Telecom; I don't know what nsn means.
