I think you may be being a bit pessimistic here, Russ. The LA meeting is
nearly
two months away. I beleive that ESS will be ready for WG last call after the
next draft, which should be out next week. I think we are rapidly closing
in on
MSG and CERT as well, and think we could be ready for WG last call on them
within a month.
Therefore, the LA meeting might be the *close* of WG last call for three of
the
four drafts, or we might close them before the WG meeting.
