Except that there are already many S/MIME and other CMS protocols out there that will choke if they get this content type. I'm not saying it shouldn't be done, just that you shouldn't send it out for any S/MIME v3 messages. It would be good to have it in for other new CMS-using protocols, or for future versions of S/MIME.
