MARID participation

Folks,

ietf-mxcomp(_at_)imc(_dot_)org is the mailing list for MARID, the nascent 
working
group discussing validation of peer-MTAs.

Participation by folks from the long-standing ietf smtp community is
pretty limited.

We could benefit from the diversity and experience of that community.
