Actually, at that point you're probably better off *allowing* EHLO, so that
you get niceties like the SIZE= parameter (so if the body is 25 meg in size,
you can stop it at the MAIL FROM rather than having to live through DATA),
and possibly PIPELINE as well (to reduce the number of round trips, especially
with multiple RCPT TO:).
