Some of 'em may be confusing to human readers, but they all appear to be
within spec.
One older practice of theirs was to have "[#4.16.x]" at the end of the
human-readable portion, purely for their own internal diagnostics:
451 Resources temporarily not available - Please try again later [#4.16.5]
There's an unfinished proposal floating around MAAWG to standardize placing
the internal diagnostic code at the beginning of the human-readable portion
(after the extended response code), and Yahoo! has been moving in that
direction already:

I couldn't find anything for 461 or 4.6.1 or [#4.6.1] on
postmaster.yahoo.com, though.
