The reason BIND doesn't implement the HINFO option of RFC 8482 is because
HINFO synthesis requires on-demand DNSSEC signing of responses, which BIND
can't do. HINFO synthesis for ANY responses exists to help implementations
where it is expensive to iterate over all the RRtypes at a name. I don't
know of any HINFO synthesizers other than Cloudflare.
