No, you don't know that.
I seem to remember (it *was* a decade ago) that the first MIME RFC set was
a joint effort of a *lot* of people, and good ideas came from all over the
place. Borenstein and Freed were the ones who ended up doing the
actual editing. They did a lot of the writing. However, all the REST of
us were pretty busy commenting and test-implementing and the like...
