RE: 2 interfaces on same subnet

Hello.

The system must decide wich interface will be used on the packet delivery to
the lan. On this decision process, the subnetmask is used to define wich
portion of the network will be found on a specific interface with specific
ip address.
The rule is a logical engineering concept, avoiding trouble on the system
decision to forward packets.
Complex Systems are the summ of simple but effective rules. Rules can avoid
entropy, providing robust systems.
Inspite of that, there is a solution for every problem. What do you plan to
do?
