email addresses" whose submissions are automatically approved
without human intervention. The list of "known email addresses" must
include at least the following addresses:

rfc-editor(_at_)rfc-editor(_dot_)org
iesg-secretary(_at_)ietf(_dot_)org
chair(_at_)ietf(_dot_)org
Will not the spammers soon learn to send their spams with
one of these addresses as bogus sender?
