FYI, I have filed on the 2006/09/08 an IAB appeal concerning the IESG
2006/07/10 decisions.
It can be found at http://jefsey.com/appeal-pr-iab.pdf.
The RFC Editor has published RFC 4647 in spite it under appeal for
four weeks, (
http://ietf.org/IESG/APPEALS/jefsey-appeal-to-iesg-08-17-2006.pdf )
while the IESG had promised to expedite their response.
Documentation on BCP 47 interoperability with other language codes
will be maintained on http://bcp47.com once the RFC 4647 IESG appeal
has provided the necessary information.
