or -- even better -- publish it via a distributed revision control
system such as git, mercurial or bzr.
Why a dVCS? Any VCS would make it, and Subversion, for instance, would
be a good choice. If we use a dVCS, I vote for darcs.
The ability to have a full, local, offline mirror is /important/.
