I tend to agree with Vidyan's comments. I think that addressing her
comments regarding a service model instead of a server model is
critical. While I too am surprised to see a WG review rather than a
second bof, I would not personally object to the work if a reasonable
process is followed in confirming we have sufficient consensus.
