The IESG approved publication of this document, and then the RFC Editor
noticed that it should have been approved as a BCP not a Proposed
Standard. If you have any concerns with this document being published as
a BCP, please send a message stating your reasons to iesg(_at_)ietf(_dot_)org
in the
next few days. Depending on the response to this call for comments, the
IESG will either authorize the RFC Editor to publish as a BCP or initiate
a new IETF Last Call for this document as a BCP.

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action. Please send substantive comments to the
ietf(_at_)ietf(_dot_)org mailing lists by 2009-04-07. Exceptionally, comments
may
be sent to iesg(_at_)ietf(_dot_)org instead. In either case, please retain
