I suggest an editorial change in Section 2:

[RFC5998] MUST either"
Quoting the example in Section 3:

with respect to this specification:

If the IETF takes the security of the Vatican City seriously (there's
a typo in the example), I suggest adding a ".example" at the end of
the domain names.
