For better or worse, there are ~40k asns announced on the internet, so
that problem is reasonably well contained. There are many more multihomed
end-users whose multihoming requirements are solved completely adequately
by nat, and for whom ipv6 w/o NAT is a pointless pain with relatively high
cost and no real business benefit.
