The problem is getting your smime program to stop using CA keys and only
use your local key as a CA key. And someone would have to code up
something to do all the certs. It's not a bad idea in theory though, if
it can be made to work
I am working towards doing both.
Point is that it would be very useful to be able to offer confidentiality
to a core of people in the developer community. There may not be a way to
make use of the data leaving Vancouver but there might be a way to use it
before London.
