The above is part of the message with msg-id: 526FC288(_dot_)5060203(_at_)gmail(_dot_)com. Somebody considered the message was offensive. I did not catch which part might be considered as offensive at first. I read the message again. In my humble opinion the word marked as [removed] in the above is highly unusual for an IETF mailing list.
