So, you want IPR theater. Lovely.
Everyone in the room has already seen the full Note Well at least twice: once
upon registering, and once on the agenda. If your actual mission is to get
people to read what they have already seen, then the in-room message should
simply be:
You already received the IPR rules at least twice. If you haven't read them,
do so right now on on the little schedule or at
<http://www.ietf.org/ipr/policy.html>.
That statement lets the WG get to the real purpose of the face-to-face meeting,
and does not badly summarize the actual rules.
