In the APP, RAI, TSV area reconfiguration, a suggestion to consider:
Carve out a "WEB" area which covers work that should coordinate with browsers
and W3C. Other apps (real-time or not) and transport questions could be one
super-group which wouldn't be as big as all three.
In Web: HTTP, URI/URL, WebRTC
In non-Web: email, xmpp
Could go either, but better in WEB: MIME, encodings
The idea is to improve alignment and coordination, and get more participation.
