For folk who don't want to deal with XML2RFC, I have a tool that will convert between XML, HTML, Markdown and Word formats written in C#. It mostly works and has been used to write one RFC. It does not support the new formats yet but it probably will do shortly after the XML and HTML formats are fixed. When can we expect that to happen?
