Only if ISOC were subject to EU law.  Since ISOC has no physical
presence in the EU and the IETF has no office anywhere, I don't see
why EU law would apply.

I was wondering more if it would matter if the subpoena were issued by the EU 
or referred to a party who were an EU citizen.
