Not necessarily. The storeage of data should be stored in whatever
format is convenient, but presentation should use original formatting.
Umm, no.
Model, view, controller separation, as well as local policy primacy
override. The job of the email system is to get a payload to the
recipient. What the recipient does with the payload is up to them, not
the sender.
