I've noticed recently that my .catch archive is grabbing a bunch of
emails that should be in an archive. The reason for this is not a
mystery, it's related to having multiple aliases for a majordomo list...
e.g. mharc-users(_at_)mhonarc(_dot_)org,
mharc(_dot_)users(_at_)mhonarc(_dot_)org,
mharc_users(_at_)mhonarc(_dot_)org etc.
In this sort of instance, what do you (all of you) think the best way to
filter the emails would be? I had thought of filtering on the Sender
field, but I'm not sure if that would be consistent...it seems to be,
but I'm not certain.
Typically I see the Sender: owner-list-name(_at_)grc(_dot_)nasa(_dot_)gov, but
I also
archive some lists that originate at other NASA Centers and might not
use majordomo as the list manager.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.
