Wrong.  What will happen is that the first message will be added
to each list archive, and the subsequent "dups" will be dropped.

This behavior is generally desirable (as you have expressed) since the
message should be part of each destination list archive, but sometimes
it is not.  Many lists will add List-* headers or other things to
list messages, so the "dup" messages technically have some differences.

For example, if you have list A and list B, and a message is sent
to both, and the version of the message sent to list A is received
first by mharc, that version will be added to archive A and B while
the B version of the message will be quietly dropped.  Hence, archive
B will show the list A version, including any List-* additions and/or
other additions by list A list software.

If you do not want this, the recommended solution is define your
lists in lists.def that triggers off something more unique, like
List-Id.  You can do this by using the Procmail-Condition option
instead of using the Address option.
