Summary: Mhonarc creates slightly incorrect HTML-code
Original Submission: The default values for some resource variables
(msgpgbegin, idxpgbegin, tidxpgbegin) contain invalid doctype-definitions, so
that Mhonarc generated pages usually do not pass the W3C MarkUp Validation
Service (http://validator.w3.org). Find attached a patch, which fixes that
minor issue.
