Only by registering your own MIME filter (see the MIMEFILTERS
resource).  Or you can edit the default filter to do what you want.

Since the regular v2.0 release is not out yet (got some bugs
to fix), I may squeeze a "nonpre" option to the text/plain filter
since it has its uses.  Until then, you'll have to grow your own.
