index pages: URL (e.g., http://where/is/it) in subject

The subject with URLs like 

   Subject: URL (e.g.,  http://where/is/it) in subject header field

get converted to nested anchor tags:

 <A ...> URL (e.g.,  <A HREF="http://where/is/it";>http://where/is/it</A>) in 
subject header field</A></STRONG>
                     ^^                                             ^^^^
in the index pages of mhonarc.
