Using <DBFILE> in a resource file will not work properly and should
be removed from resource file parsing. The reason is that the db
needs to be read first, before any resource files.
Try using the -dbfile command-line option or the M2H_DBFILE envariable.
You'll need to make sure either one is specified each time
you process the archive.
