I'm using the MHonArc standard input to receive messages from qmail (via a
.qmail file). Is there any tool which can copy ( or merge ) the TO: field of
the message to the SUBJECT field on the fly ? I know it's not the right
place to ask for, but may be ...

It requires code changes. Reasons the "To:" field is not available
have been discussed on the list in the past. Do a search for
"to:" (include the quotations in the search field) at mhonarc list
archives.
