this up near the top:
<base href="http://www.domain.com/this/directory/";>
Which would work in the case mentioned, there, but I suspect
this would not work:
<base href="http://www.domain.com//mhonarc.jsp?pg=";>
Yup.
I also can't use <base href> because attachments would work.
