I guess I do not understand the question. MHonArc already does this. I
have the following in my rcfile
<!--=== MailToURL=========================================================-->
<MAILTOURL>
mailto:$TO$?subject=$SUBJECT$&references=$MSGID$
</MAILTOURL>
which allows the user to click on the address and respond to the list.
